When a pet goes missing, the owner usually posts info about their dog or cat to Coochie Community Facebook. If you get a stray cat arrive at your place, you might choose to keep it contained in a cat carrier until the owner arrives, otherwise the cat is likely to wander off again. And not all of us can easily keep the cats safe in our homes until the owner picks it up.

If no owner comes forward, assistance is available to take the cat to Redland City animal shelter.
