A short video highlighting David Paxton's guided walks around Coochiemudlo Island, uncovering the stories, landmarks, and hidden history that have shaped this unique part of Moreton Bay. From early settlement and local characters to the island’s cultural and environmental significance, David's walks have brought the past to life in a way that’s both engaging and easy to follow. Before relocating off the island, David Paxton, historian and long-time resident of Coochiemudlo Island, hosted his last Heritage Walk for Coochiemudlo Island Heritage Society on 28 March 2026.
