New book about Coochiemudlo Island, Ted Jones, and a mariner’s mystery
Christine Leonard’s new book started out as a straightforward biography of Edward Field Jones, an amateur historian who lived on Coochiemudlo Island for 47 years. Although the man and his work is central to the story, Coochiemudlo is as much a character in this tale as the intriguing Ted Jones — as he was known by everyone on the island.
World Labyrinth Day — on Coochiemudlo Island!
Every year on the first Saturday in May, World Labyrithn Day is celebrated around a world when thousands of people, across many countries, participate in a moving meditation for world peace. The concept involves creating a rolling wave of peaceful energy through the meditation, from one time zone to the next.
